We had the joy of having our wedding cake be from Cupcake Shoppe! From the beginning, it was so easy to work with the team at Cupcake Shoppe. We were able to taste test all of their flavors, which was so fun, and we couldn't have been happier with how the wedding cake turned out! So many of our guests commented on how delicious it was. We are so thankful for their contribution to the most perfect day of our lives, and can't wait to pick up a red velvet cupcake on every anniversary as a small way to relive the day!

We ordered this custom Diet Coke cake for my brother’s 29th birthday, and it was so exceptionally easy to order in person and tell them what we needed. This cake turned out even better than we expected!! We are so obsessed with it! Not only did it look incredible, but it tasted amazing as well. A lot of times with custom cakes, they look great, but taste like…nothing. But not here. I chose the Oreo filling and the cake was sooo flipping good. You could SMELL it the minute we cut into it. Thanks again!! 10000000/10

Our Star Wars May the 4th Be With You cupcakes were a BIG hit! My team was very happy and loved the decorations and the cupcakes :) Great service, excellent communication! My Disney team will be ordering again~

The Cupcake Shoppe is truly fantastic! They’ve created so many beautiful and delicious cakes for our special events, and they never disappoint. The cupcakes are always incredibly moist, full of flavor, and not overly sweet. I love that they offer a mix of classic favorites like red velvet and chocolate alongside fun seasonal flavors, so there’s always something new to try. Their cinnamon rolls are also a must!! So good that I’ve learned to get there early on Saturdays before they sell out! On top of that, the staff is consistently friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. If you’re in downtown Raleigh, I can’t recommend this place enough!

the cupcake shoppe will flawlessly execute the custom desserts of your dreams. i will continue to call them for every birthday i'm blessed with! the food is delicious, the real standouts are the staff and their customer service. always a 10/10. 💝
